W&L Coating Systems GmbH is a small German high tech company that develops and produces diamond coated electrodes for electrochemical treatment systems of wastewater. Having completed prototypes beginning of 2024 we wanted to take our products to the markets. Being a small company we needed the help of a professional who would be able to understand the targeted client base and create a suitable webpage layout with products and services, hand out material like product flyers and assist us in the design of wallpapers for a booth at the international trade fair IFAT 2024 in Munich and one for the ACHEMA 2024 trade fair later on in Frankfurt. We contacted several suitable companies and individuals but eventually decided to trust Patricia Madaleno from Aveiro with this task since she appeared to understand our business, ideas and needs from the very first contact with her. Within only a few months she developed a comprehensive marketing approach for our products which worked out extremely well at both IFAT and ACHEMA trade fairs. Our booth personnel had been inundated with visitors not at least being attracted by our booth layout.
Working with Patricia Madaleno was a very pleasant experience for us since she is very resourceful, has a strategic perspective, has an excellent understanding of customers needs and develops proposals and layouts in a timely manner. Last but not least we would like to mention the relaxing and positive atmosphere we always enjoyed during the numerous discussions with her. We will certainly hire her services again for our next product marketing event.
Patricia was responsible for the creation of my presentation template. I give a lot of talks at different scientific conferences and had my own template which, I naively thought, was perfect. Patricia created a whole new identity, from the font type to the shapes and color scheme. The new presentation template is neat and organized. I was quite surprised to see how this template allows me to convey the information in a more clear and structured way. I tented to think of content only, and realized that the more we combine content with form, the better speakers we become.
Patricia is also responsible for managing my professional network. She helps me plan the content of the posts. I am responsible for the technical content, but she helps me programming the type of post I should prepare, and the language I should use. And this translated in a significant increase of interactions with other members of the professional network, as well as an increase in the connections that are relevant for my work area.
I had a few meetings with Patrícia to present my company’s principles and align my expectations for the project. From the very beginning, she was extremely attentive and clear, always seeking to fully understand my vision for Purified Clean.
The result was an excellent piece of work that not only embraced everything I had imagined but also added her creative touch and well-placed perspective on the brand.
We were so pleased with the outcome that we decided to continue working with Patrícia on our social media as well, and we’re already seeing the benefits of this collaboration, which has been both effective and very rewarding. Without a doubt, we started our online presence in the best way possible thanks to her support.
